Breaking Chains & Unveiling Strength: A Women's Discussion on Navigating Wounds and Embracing Wholeness!

In our journeys as women, many of us have encountered challenging moments where the actions of men have caused deep wounds. Whether it's through experiences of betrayal, emotional distress, the pervasive influence of pornography, or the structures of patriarchy, these impacts can resonate profoundly.  Let's come together in this space with kindness and empathy, to listen, learn, and support each other on our paths toward healing.

We will open with a group disscussion and sharing time, then we will dive into a deep and healing/clearning meditation.  Our intention will be to release pain and trauma from our bodies, while anchoring in the new vibration of love to filtrate our hearts, our world and all of humanity!
