Awakening The Wise Woman ~ A 6-week Healing Journey to tap into your Divine Feminine Power!

Course Highlights:

Reclaiming Femininity~ We start our journey by reconnecting with the core essence of femininity.  Through various practices, meditations, and discussions, we will unravel societal conditioning and reclaim the sacred power or being female.

Embracing Sensitivity~ Sensitivity is a gift that has often been perceived as a weakness.  Together, we will celebrate and honor our sensitivity, discovering its inherent strength. Through guided exercises, we will learn to embrace our emotions and intuition, allowing them to be our compasses in navigating life.

Healing from Isolation~ In a world that sometimes feels disconnected, we will create a space of unity and sisterhood. Through open-hearted sharing and activities, we will heal the wounds of isolation, understanding the power of supporting one another in our individual and collective journeys.

Releasing the Chains of Competition~ We will dive deep into the patterns of competition that have hindered our growth and connection as women.  By cultivating a culture of collaboration and celebration, we will liberate ourselves from the limitations of competition, fostering a sense of abundance and empowerment for all.

Embracing Sacred Interdependence~ Toxic independence has long kept us from embracing our interdependence with all beings. We will learn to embrace our need for connection and support, acknowledging that true strength comes from vulnerability and unity.

Nurturing and Healing Our Bodies~ We will focus on our physical bodies, acknowledging them as sacred vessels of wisdom and intuition.  Through movement, body awareness practices, and rituals, we will cultivate a deep sense of love and appreciation for our bodies and her innate wisdom.

Class Format: The class will meet once a week for 6 weeks, allowing ample time for personal reflection, integration, and growth between sessions. Each week will consist of a combination of guided meditations, group discussions, experiential exercises, and healing rituals.
