Reiki Level l

This is a 4-session course from 3-5 PM CT on the following days: Jan 7, 14, 21, and 28 of 2024.

During this comprehensive course, you will be introduced to the ancient Japanese healing art of Reiki, which focuses on channeling universal life force energy to promote balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. Whether you are a complete beginner or have some prior knowledge, this class is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in Reiki practice.

You will also explore various hand positions and techniques to channel Reiki energy, enabling you to provide healing to yourself and others. This Reiki Level 1 class is not only about acquiring knowledge and skills but also about personal growth and self-awareness.
